This website is operated by Cuddora (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products
Cuddora sells cozy hugging body pillows designed for adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Product photos are for illustration; colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Product descriptions describe comfort and design features only and do not make medical or health claims.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, and we’ll refund you in full if this happens.

4. Orders
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

6. Use of Our Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or reuse its content without permission. All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Cuddora or are used with permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuddora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
