Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping
Every Cuddora order ships free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If we expand to more countries, this page will be updated.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Time
After processing, orders are delivered within 6–12 business days, depending on your location. Your Cuddora ships from our partner fulfillment centers, so delivery times may vary slightly during holidays and peak seasons.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show updates after shipping.

Delays
If we can’t ship your order within the time stated, we’ll let you know by email with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
